LOS ANGELES – ISI Translation Services, global leader in translation and localization solutions, is pleased to announce that it has successfully achieved certification to the new quality management system standard ISO 9001:2015.
The new 2015 revision of ISO 9001, brought right up to date in response to vast changes in technology, business diversity and global commerce, promises to be the most effective, user-friendly and relevant quality management system yet.
Following successful independent operational audits during Q4 of 2016, NSF International Strategic Registrations (NSF-ISR), a leading global certification body known for its superior technical expertise and customer satisfaction, determined that ISI has achieved certification without any non-conformities issued. The quality standard is a revision of the ISO 9001:2008 quality certification.
"What's essential to our clients is that we're in a constant state of evolution," added Michael Bearden, ISI’s President. "We believe rigorous certification standards not only benefit ISI, but our industry as a whole. The latest certification will lead to improved client confidence, continuous improvement of services, and best-in-class results that come from optimized workflows."
ISO 9001 is the world's most widely recognized standard for quality management systems. The latest revision, ISO 9001:2015, was published on September 23, 2015. The ISO standard helps organizations consistently meet the needs of customers and other key stakeholders in the delivery and continuous improvement of products and services.
"Quality is our culture. It’s one of ISI’s foundational pillars and this certification reflects our corporate values, and leadership approach through our commitment to uphold the highest standards of quality, improvement, and transparency."—Michael Bearden, President
